The cardiac catheterization procedure can cause several responses in the patient, such as anxiety, pain, fear about the procedure, and fear of death, and this action is performed on the patient while conscious. so that patients can see directly the process of cardiac catheterization. After the procedure, the patient will be taken to the ICCU room for further post-catheterization care</p> <p><strong>Objective</strong>: To find out the experiences of ACS patients undergoing cardiac catheterization at Panti Rapih Hospital, Yogyakarta.</p> <p><strong>Methods</strong>: The research design used is qualitative with a descriptive phenomenology approach. The sampling technique was non-probability sampling (purposive sampling), with inclusion criteria for participants undergoing cardiac catheterization for the first time and having a stent/ring placed. The sample in this study was 5 participants according to data saturation, data collection used in-depth interviews with interview guidelines and tape recorders. The data analysis method used is from Creswell.</p> <p><strong>Results</strong>: The study found six themes, namely 1) Internal and external motivation in performing cardiac catheterization 2) Surrender in undergoing cardiac catheterization, 3) The description of cardiac catheterization is not scary 4) Feelings of discomfort after cardiac catheterization 5) Positive feelings of after undergoing catheterization heart 6) Good service by health workers.</p> <p>The role of the nurse is very important in accompanying patients undergoing cardiac catheterization before, during, and after the procedure, because it will have an impact on the patient's psychology. IGD merupakan salah satu unit yang mendukung kepuasan pasien pertama kali. Pelayanan yang cepat dan tepat dilaksanakan sesuai prioritas berdasarkan kondisi kegawatan pasien. Rumah sakit Panti Rapih mengadopsi sistem <em>triase Emergency Severity Index</em> (ESI) sebagai sistem dalam memilah atau mengkategorikan pasien berdasarkan tingkat kegawatannya. Respon time yang dibutuhkan untuk penanganan ESI level 1 dan 2 adalah kurang dari 5 menit. Hasil studi pendahuluan dengan metode obeservasi didapatkan data masih terdapat pasien yang menunggu diperiksa lebih dari 5 – 10 menit sehingga menimbulkan ketidakpuasan pasien dan keluarga dan sebanyak 45 pasien batal periksa pada periode 1 bulan</p> <p><strong><em>Tujuan:</em></strong> Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui hubungan respon time dengan tingkat kepuasan keluarga pasien ESI level 1 dan 2 di IGD Rumah Sakit Panti Rapih Yogyakarta.</p> <p><strong><em>Metode:</em></strong> Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif <em>observational analitic</em> dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel yang digunakan sejumlah 67 responden yang diambil dengan <em>accidental sampling</em>. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner angaka kepuasan yang diberikan secara langsung pada responden dan lembar obersvasi untuk mengukur respon time.</p> <p><strong><em>Hasil :</em></strong> Hasil penelitian didapatkan sebagian besar respone time tepat sebanyak 61 responden (91%), sedangkan untuk kepuasan keluarga mengatakan sangat puas sebanyak 60 responden (89,6%). Uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov bivariat antara kepuasan dan respon time menunjukkan kemaknaan secara statistik diperoleh data p value 0,011 &lt; 0,05.</p> <p><strong><em>Simpulan</em></strong><em>: </em>Terdapat hubungan yang cukup signifikan antara respon time dengan tingkat kepuasan keluarga pasien ESI level 1 dan 2 di IGD Rumah Sakit Panti Rapih Yogyakarta.</p> <p><strong><em>Saran:</em></strong> Penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai faktor faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat kepuasan dan respon time.</p> Clara Kurnia Destiningrum Eva Marti Dwi Antara Nugraha Copyright (c) 2024 I Care Jurnal Keperawatan STIKes Panti Rapih 2024-03-27 2024-03-27 5 1 10 21 10.46668/jurkes.v5i1.242 Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Dengan Perilaku SADARI Pada Ibu di Dusun Katik RT 11 RW 05, Sapen, Manisrenggo, Klaten http://ejournal.stikespantirapih.ac.id/index.php/jurkes/article/view/271 <p><strong>Background: </strong>Breast cancer is cells lose normal and uncontrolled and mechanismms that occur in breast tissue. Detecting breast cancer possible can reduce mortality rate by 25–30%. detect it is by doing a breast self-examination. A person's behavior in doing inspection things influenced by knowledge factor.</p> <p><strong>Objective: </strong>The purpose is determine the relationship between level of knowledge and behavior of inspection in mothers of the sunday pahing association in Dusun Katik RT 11 RW 05, Sapen, Manisrenggo, Klaten.</p> <p><strong>Methods: </strong>The method is correlation with cross-sectional. Respondents used in this study was 89 people, with a total sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The data collection technique is a survey technique.</p> <p><strong>Results: </strong>The results showed more than half of the, namely 51 people (57.3%) had a sufficient level of knowledge about inspection and more than half, namely 55 people (61.8%) did not comply with inspection. Pearson chi-square analysis test results show a <em>p</em> value of 0.124 (<em>p</em> &gt; 0.05) or = 0.508. <br><strong>Conclusion: </strong>There is no significant relationship between knowledge level and breast self-examination behavior.
