Hubungan Kecemasan Dan Kesepian Terhadap Kualitas Tidur Pada Lansia Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kenanga Sungailiat Tahun 2024
Abstract
Background: Sleep quality is a common problem experienced by the elderly due to a decrease in sleep patterns as a result of the normal aging process. However, neglected sleep problems can have an impact on decreased quality of life and the incidence of suicide. This study aims to determine the relationship between anxiety and loneliness and sleep quality in the elderly. Objective: This study aims to examine the relationship between anxiety and loneliness and sleep quality in the elderly in the Kerrja Purskersmas Kenanga Sungailiat Tahurn 2024 area.
Methods: This study is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach survey survey method that aims to examine the relationship between anxiety and loneliness and sleep quality in the elderly. By using the purposive sampling technique. The population in this study is all elderly people who receive services at the Kenanga Sungailiat Health Center. The sample in this study was 106 elderly people
Results: The results of this study showed that there was a relationship between Anxiety and Sleep Quality with a p-value of < 0.05 with a correlation value of 0.391, which means that there was a moderate positive relationship, the relationship between Loneliness and Sleep Quality showed a p-value of < 0.05 with a correlation value of 0.261, which means that there was a moderate positive relationship
Conclusion: The conclusion of this study shows that there is a relationship between anxiety and sleepiness on sleep quality.
Suggestion: The suggestion from this study is expected to be a consideration material for purskersmas in providing the service of the treatment of the deceased in the elderly who experience the disorder and the severity of sleep in the elderly.
